Encourage your family, friends and co-workers to come out for this year’s Steps to the Cure! Our event is suitable for people of every age and ability level so, get the word out there!  Hope to see you on May 18th!

Race Information:

• Awards

  Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group (10 year groups).  We will also provide medals to the top three race walkers.

• Water stations

A water station will be located at the half-way point of the course.

• Course

              Protection will be provided at all intersections by either the Overland Park Police        

              Department and/or volunteers.  

• Results

Results will be completed and posted by RaceDay Timing Solutions.

•  Baby strollers and Pets

Strollers and pets are welcome in the 1 mile Family Fun Walk.  

• Commemorative T-Shirt

Guaranteed to the first 500 paid participants.  

•  One Mile Fun Walk

The walk will start 10 minutes after the run.    Please listen at the event for race day details.

•  Announcer

BJ the DJ will be announcing this year’s run and host the award ceremony.  Please make sure to stick around as we share the results as well as raffle off fabulous prizes (must be present to win)!!!
