The 2007 Sports Commission Awards Banquet is set to be an exciting gathering of sports celebrities, civic and business leaders, top pro and amateur athletes, and Kansas City area sports fans.

This year's 35th Annual Banquet is the chief fundraiser for the 100% privately funded nonprofit Sports Commission, which relies exclusively on private support. With a small staff, a growing membership, and a big agenda, the Sports Commission makes a big impact in our community. From bringing more health and fitness benefits to youth throughout the metro, to attracting and retaining pro and amateur sports teams and organizations in KC, the Sports Commission is improving the quality of life for individuals, families and businesses in the Kansas City area.

5:00 PM - Cocktails and Silent Auction

6:30 PM - Dinner is served

8:45 PM - Banquet ends

Parking at the new Grand Ballroom

Parking is available at several surface lots located near the ballroom.  It will also be available at the Barney Allis Garage 2 blocks north of the ballroom entrance.  Shuttle service from the garage will be provided.  Click here to see the parking map.
